Terms of Service

By engaging Campbell Cashflow services, whether by booking a discovery call, purchasing a coaching package, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Campbell Cashflow is operated by Peter Campbell, a qualified financial adviser based in Melbourne, Australia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Campbell Cashflow provides cashflow coaching and financial advisory services, including but not limited to:

• Discovery calls and initial consultations
• Cashflow analysis and budgeting coaching
• One-on-one coaching sessions (single or package)
• Ongoing cashflow advisory services

Campbell Cashflow provides general information and cashflow coaching services. Our services are provided in accordance with applicable Australian consumer law.

Important: Campbell Cashflow does not provide personal financial advice, product recommendations, investment advice, or statements of advice (SOA). Our core service is practical cashflow coaching and education. For personal financial advice tailored to your circumstances, contact Peter directly to discuss your options.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over who are residents of Australia. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system. By booking a session, you agree to:

• Attend at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule
• Provide accurate personal and financial information to allow us to help you effectively
• Engage in good faith and with reasonable commitment to the process

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

Our current service fees are displayed on our website and communicated prior to engagement. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment is due as follows:

• Discovery calls: complimentary (no charge)
• Single sessions: payment required at time of booking
• Coaching packages: payment in full at commencement, or as otherwise agreed in writing

We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about cancellations and refunds.

To get the most from our services, you agree to:

• Provide honest, accurate, and complete financial information
• Complete any agreed tasks or exercises between sessions
• Communicate openly about your financial situation and goals
• Make your own informed financial decisions, our coaching is guidance, not a directive
• Notify us promptly if your circumstances change significantly

We treat all information you share with us in strict confidence. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to third parties except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Session notes and records are maintained securely and are accessible only by Peter Campbell and, where required, regulatory authorities.

While we provide professional coaching and guidance, you acknowledge that:

• Financial outcomes depend on your own decisions and circumstances, we cannot guarantee specific results
• Our coaching does not replace the advice of a tax accountant, solicitor, or other specialist
• Past results of other clients are not a guarantee of your future results
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on our coaching sessions

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content provided by Campbell Cashflow are our intellectual property. You may use these for your own personal financial management but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without our written permission.

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• Any outstanding sessions in a package will be subject to our Refund Policy
• We will retain records as required by law
• Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client acts dishonestly, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
