All information and coaching provided by Campbell Cashflow is general in nature and does not constitute personal financial advice. If you require personal financial advice, Peter Campbell provides those services separately through First Financial, an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) holder.

1. Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident investing in your financial future. This Refund Policy sets out clear and fair terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds across all Campbell Cashflow services.

If you have any concerns about a booking or payment, please contact us directly at peter@campbellcashflow.com - we will always try to find a fair resolution.

2. Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are complimentary and there is no charge. No refund is applicable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply let us know via email or phone and we will arrange an alternative time.

3. Single Sessions

Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund, or the option to reschedule at no charge.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: No refund. We reserve the right to charge the full session fee, as the time has been set aside exclusively for you.

No-shows: Sessions missed without any prior notice are forfeited with no refund.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session once with 24+ hours notice at no charge. A second reschedule request will incur an administration fee of $50.

4. Coaching Packages

Coaching packages consist of multiple sessions purchased together at a package rate.

Before the package commences: Full refund if requested before your first session takes place.

After sessions have been used: A pro-rata refund is available for unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the standard single-session rate for sessions already completed, with the remainder of the package payment refunded.

For example, if you purchase a 5-session package and complete 2 sessions before requesting a refund, we will calculate the cost of those 2 sessions at the standard rate and refund the balance.

Package expiry: Coaching packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period are forfeited with no refund, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If we need to cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible
  • Offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time
  • Provide a full refund if you prefer not to reschedule

We will not charge any cancellation fee in these circumstances.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our Refund Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if our services are not provided with due care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, the date of your booking, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days and process any approved refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.
